Treatment During Covid

Due to the current pandemic with Covid-19, we are taking precautions to limit exposure in the office. Clients need to know that as with any other public outing at this time there is risk involved in coming to face-to-face sessions. For this reason, we are encouraging and BCBS is providing coverage for telehealth services through December 31, 2020. We must all use caution at this time. In office, we are requiring masks based upon the current Bolivar county mandate. We are also using an air filtration system to sustain air movement and decrease droplets in the air in hopes of limiting exposure. We require that if you have any cold/flu symptoms or find out that you have been exposed to the virus that you cancel your appointment or opt for a telehealth session. You will not be charged a cancellation fee due to illness.  We will notify you and self-quarantine for 14 days if any staff are exposed to the virus or develop symptoms.
